Telecalling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate leads and convert prospective customers into business opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer databases and update call records regularly.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Intermediate / Any Graduate.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good communication skills in Telugu and basic English.
• Hindi communication skills are an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
