Telecalling Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, website, and other marketing channels.
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers interested in residential and commercial construction.
• Understand customer requirements, project location, budget, and construction timelines.
• Explain JK Associates' construction services, pricing packages, and zero-advance payment system.
• Schedule client consultations, office meetings, and site visits for the sales team.
• Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up records in CRM or Excel.
• Follow up with prospective customers to improve lead conversions.
• Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure timely customer communication.
• Prepare daily calling reports, lead status updates, and appointment summaries.

Preferred candidate profile

• 2-5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or inside sales.
• Experience in real estate, construction, or property sales is preferred.
• Fluency in Telugu with good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to follow up consistently and convert enquiries into qualified appointments.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and WhatsApp Business.
