Role & responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through phone calls and direct interactions to understand their property requirements.
• Present real estate projects, property features, pricing, and benefits in a compelling manner.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and nurture leads throughout the sales journey.
• Arrange site visits and coordinate with potential buyers to support purchase decisions.
• Build trust with clients through professional communication and effective relationship management.
• Negotiate with prospects, address queries, and drive deals towards successful closure.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with any educational qualification are welcome.
• Preferred age group: 2530 years.
• Strong communication and convincing skills in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Confident, presentable, and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Good follow-up skills with a customer-first approach.
• Self-motivated individuals with an interest in sales and real estate.
• Prior experience in real estate sales, field sales, or customer-facing roles is an advantage; freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also apply.
