Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into paying clients.
• Identify customer needs, provide solutions, and close deals over the phone.
• Maintain accurate records 
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by management while maintaining a high level of quality in calls.

Job Requirements :

• 1-5 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing industry.
• Strong calling skills with ability to handle rejection and objections effectively.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers quickly.
