Telecalling Executive

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound and receive inbound calls for daily coordination activities.

Coordinate with customers, drivers, transporters and internal teams.

Follow up on vehicle movement, delivery status and pending requirements.

Maintain regular communication with drivers and transport partners.

Share updates regarding pickup, dispatch and delivery schedules.

Resolve basic coordination-related issues through calls and follow-ups.

Maintain call records, status updates and daily reports.

Ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.

Coordinate with the operations team for smooth day-to-day activities.

Handle multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.

Preferred candidate profile

Good verbal communication and telephone etiquette.

Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English will be an advantage.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

Ability to communicate with drivers, customers and transporters.

Good convincing and interpersonal skills.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced transport/logistics environment.
