Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and convert them into sales.
  
• Identify customer needs through effective communication and provide solutions accordingly.
  
• Meet daily/weekly targets set by the management while maintaining a high level of quality in calls made.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge for improvement.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-4 years of experience in telecalling, hard core sales, cold calling, inside sales, telemarketing, or telesales (domestic calling).
  
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and practices.
  
• Excellent verbal communication skills with ability to handle objections effectively.
  
• Ability to work independently from home office environment.
