Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to students who have applied for admissions at our educational institution.
• Conduct telephonic interactions with parents/guardians to clarify admission-related queries.
• Provide information about courses offered by the institution, including eligibility criteria and application procedures.
• Schedule appointments for counselors to meet with potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of all conversations and updates in CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in BPO or telesales industry (preferably).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (B.Tech Computers preferred).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle international call center operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel) for data entry and record-keeping purposes.
