• Contact prospective and existing customers to explain insurance products and services.
• Generate leads and convert inquiries into policy sales.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable insurance plans based on their needs.
• Follow up with customers for policy renewals and documentation.
• Address customer queries and provide timely support.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Achieve monthly sales and performance targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
