Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to clients and candidates to schedule interviews, follow up on job openings, and provide updates on recruitment progress.
• Enter client and candidate data into spreadsheets for tracking purposes.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients and candidates using CRM software.
• Provide excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with both parties.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in telecalling or a related field (recruitment industry preferred).
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate over the phone.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets for data entry and management.
• Basic computer literacy with proficiency in using CRM software.
