Telecalling Executive

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Tele Sales Executives to join our growing sales team.

The primary responsibility of the candidate will be to connect with corporate clients through telephone calls, introduce our products and services, understand client requirements, and support the sales process through effective client handling and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to corporate clients and prospective customers.
• Introduce the company's products and corporate services professionally.
• Understand client requirements and generate sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients.
• Handle client enquiries and provide appropriate information.
• Regularly follow up with prospective clients.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support business conversions.
• Maintain records of calls, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
• Strong client handling and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence in speaking with corporate clients over the telephone.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
• Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain professional communication.
• Candidates with previous experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or corporate sales will have an added advantage.

Working Hours

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
