Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to debt recovery.
• Process customer requests, provide information on payment options, and update records accordingly.
• Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in BPO voice processes (domestic) with a focus on debt recovery or similar industries.
• Proficiency in Kannada language is required for this role.
• Strong understanding of domestic voice process procedures and regulations.
• Ability to work in an outbound process environment.
