Role & responsibilities

• Explain and present real estate project details to prospective clients.
• Handle client enquiries over mobile calls and through direct, in-person interactions.
• Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective clients.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Clearly communicate project information to potential clients.
• Represent the company with a pleasant personality and professional appearance during client interactions.
• Engage with prospective clients and understand their enquiries regarding the project.
• Present project details confidently and effectively to potential clients.
• Maintain professional communication with clients throughout the follow-up process.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidate with any degree and age between 25-30 years.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi.
• Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
• Confident in handling mobile calls and direct client interactions.
• Comfortable with lead follow-ups and client relationship management.
