Telecalling Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns.
• Provide accurate information about products/services offered by the company.
• Identify potential customers' needs and suggest relevant solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during all interactions with clients.

Job Requirements :

• 0-3 years of experience in telecalling or related field.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using telephones and basic computer software applications (e.g., email).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
