Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and persuasive telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, guide patients, and convert inquiries into appointments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, empathy while dealing with sensitive health concerns, and a result-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming patient inquiries via calls and follow-ups
• Make outbound calls to potential leads and existing patients
• Explain clinic services in a clear, professional, and reassuring manner
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments
• Maintain accurate call records and update CRM regularly
• Coordinate with doctors and front desk staff for scheduling
• Address patient concerns with confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

• Experienced candidate preferred
• Strong communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & basic English required)
• Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or healthcare counseling is a plus
• Ability to handle sensitive topics with maturity and discretion
• Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools
• Target-oriented with a positive attitude

Preferred Skills

• Experience in healthcare or wellness industry
• Good listening skills and patience
• Ability to build trust quickly with callers
