Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Telecalling Executive responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, engaging with customers, generating leads, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
• Follow up with leads and customers to drive conversions.
• Maintain accurate call records, customer information, and follow-up details.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams for customer requirements and issue resolution.
• Maintain a professional and positive customer experience.
• Prepare daily/weekly call and conversion reports.

Skills Required

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
• Good follow-up and relationship management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM systems.
• Ability to handle high-volume calling and work under targets.
• Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of regional languages would be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 13 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, or telesales.
• Prior experience in FMCG, D2C, E-commerce, Retail, or Consumer Brands will be preferred.
• Candidates with strong communication skills and a result-oriented mindset are encouraged to apply.
