Telecalling Executive - Malayalam & Tamil

We are Hiring Telecaller for Voice process

Work Location: Teynampet, Chennai.

Qualification: 12th and Any degree

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Explain products, services, offers, and company information to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable information.
• Generate leads and opportunities through telecalling.
• Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns.
• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Update customer information in CRM/Excel.
• Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling .
