Telecalling and Documentation

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective or existing clients from provided databases and leads.
• Answer incoming customer queries and provide accurate details regarding company products or services.
• Pitch services, generate leads, and follow up with interested clients to close sales or fix appointments.
• Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
• Maintain daily call logs, noting down customer feedback and interaction summaries in CRM or MS Excel.

Documentation Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify, and organize client documents, agreement papers, and application forms.
• Update digital databases, records, and reports accurately using MS Office / Excel.
• Coordinate with internal teams or departments to ensure smooth processing of client files.
• Manage day-to-day back-office tasks, scanning, filing, and retrieving documents when required.
• Ensure data privacy and secure handling of sensitive company and client information.

Preferred candidate profile

Skills:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in local language and English/Hindi (as applicable).
• Basic computer literacy (knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and data entry).
