Job Responsibilities / KRAs

• Handle inbound and outbound calls related to real estate projects, site visits, bookings, payments, and possession.
• Address customer queries and provide accurate information about projects and services.
• Maintain and update customer details, follow-ups, and call records in CRM tools.
• Conduct call audits and ensure call quality as per company standards.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations and coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Site teams for resolution.
• Support sales team through follow-ups and customer engagement.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and timely closure of issues.

Skills & Experience Required

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of experience in Customer Support / CRM.
• Prior experience in real estate industry.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Experience in call audits and escalation handling.
• Working knowledge of CRM tools.
