Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Telecaller to join our team in Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing information about our electrical products and services, and assisting in the sales process. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. Key Responsibilities: - Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our electrical products and services. - Provide detailed information about products, answer queries, and address customer concerns. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the database accordingly. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify leads and follow up on inquiries. - Achieve daily and weekly call targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
