Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller who can connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, introduce our digital marketing services, and generate qualified leads and appointments for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
• Introduce Anjnay Marketing Solutions and our digital marketing services.
• Understand the prospect's business and marketing requirements.
• Identify interested and qualified prospects.
• Schedule meetings/calls for the Business Development Team.
• Follow up with interested prospects regularly.
• Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.
• Handle basic client questions professionally.
• Achieve daily calling and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion.

Skills Required

• Good communication skills in Marathi, Hindi & English.
• Confident and polite telephone communication.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer handling.
• Ability to convince and engage prospects.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic computer/CRM knowledge is an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
