We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students, providing information about our training programs, addressing basic queries, and ensuring timely follow-ups to maintain effective communication throughout the student journey.

• Make outbound calls to prospective students and enquiries generated through various channels.
• Achieve a target of 150+ connected / cold calls daily.
• Provide accurate information about TNC Aviation's training programs and offerings.
• Understand student requirements and address basic queries professionally.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with interested candidates.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and follow-up updates.
• Update call outcomes and student information in the designated trackers/CRM.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience during every interaction.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Confidence in speaking with new people over the phone.
• Ability to handle high call volumes professionally.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Ability to remain motivated and maintain professionalism while handling repetitive tasks.

• Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, counselling, front office, or similar roles.
• Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to the education or aviation industry will be an added advantage.
