Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads and follow up on warm prospects.
• Present, promote, and pitch products/services using standard scripts and customized value propositions.
• Understand customer needs, answer queries, and address hesitations effectively.
• Coordinate with the sales team for seamless handover of high-value prospects.

Requirements

• Gender: Female candidates preferred / required.
• Language Proficiency: Good spoken communication skills. (Hindi)
• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (10th Pass)
• Experience: Prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, customer support, or telesales is an advantage (Freshers with strong communication are welcome to apply).
• Skills: Active listening, objection handling, basic computer skills (MS Excel/Google Sheets), and phone etiquette.
