What we are looking for in the role:
Proven experience as telesales representative in a BFSI sector.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints. Call handling as per
defined standards

Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 1-2 years experience in telecalling of financial products is preferred
Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Qualification & Experience:
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate.
