About the Role

Sanskriti International School is looking for a Telecaller to handle basic calls, enquiries, and follow-ups. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable speaking with parents and providing information about the school.

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls related to school enquiries
• Speak with parents and prospective students in a polite and professional manner
• Follow up with enquiries and provide the required information
• Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the concerned team when required
• Handle routine queries and ensure timely responses
• Maintain clear and professional communication

Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills
• Good command of English and Telugu
• Confident and polite while speaking over the phone
• Basic computer knowledge
• Previous telecalling or customer service experience is preferred
• Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
