G Square & Company is looking for confident and result-oriented Telecallers / Sales Executives to handle business enquiries, franchise leads, customer communication, follow-ups, and sales conversion.

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
• Handle incoming sales and franchise enquiries.
• Explain company offerings and business opportunities clearly.
• Follow up regularly with interested leads.
• Qualify leads and schedule meetings or further discussions.
• Work towards converting enquiries into sales opportunities.
• Maintain records of calls, lead status, and follow-ups.
• Update lead data in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM tools.
• Coordinate with internal teams for lead closures.
• Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Strong communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Good command of Hindi and English.
• Confidence in speaking with customers and prospects.
• Good follow-up and objection-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, discipline, and willingness to learn.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Experience in telecalling, sales, lead generation, customer support, or business development will be an advantage.
