Telecaller

Role & responsibilities

• Make Inbound and outbound calls and handle customer .
• follow up with prospective customers.
• Maintain customer and calling records.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the Sales/Technical team when required.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling
• Submit regular calling and follow-up reports.

Candidate with experience in tele calling and customer handling
