telecaller contacts existing and prospective clients by phone to promote products, generate leads, or answer inquiries. The role requires clear verbal communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to log call outcomes accurately.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Calls: Call leads or cold lists to pitch services, pitch products, or set up appointments.Inbound Calls: Answer incoming customer questions and solve basic complaints.Data Management: Record call notes, updates, and customer data in a CRM or database.Target Tracking: Meet daily or weekly goals for calls made, leads found, or sales closed.Product Knowledge: Keep up to date on company offerings to explain features and benefits correctly.Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent.Communication: Clear speaking voice and active listening skills.
