Job Description

We are looking for confident and enthusiastic Telugu-speaking Telecallers to join our team on a Work From Home basis.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, and have at least 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain products/services.
• Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
• Maintain call records and update customer information.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling/performance targets.
• Build a positive relationship with customers through professional communication.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
• Fluent in Telugu with good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Hindi/English will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Good convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Must have a smartphone, stable internet connection, and a suitable setup for working from home.
• Candidates who have prior experience in telesales/customer service are preferred.
