Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-oriented Telecaller with good Hindi communication skills to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales team.
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Communicate effectively in Hindi and explain product details clearly.
• Generate leads and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Maintain customer databases, call records, and follow-up schedules.
• Handle customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to support business development and achieve targets.
• Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer requirements, as needed.

Required Skills

• Good verbal communication skills in Hindi (mandatory).
• Basic knowledge of Tamil or English is an added advantage.
• Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
• Ability to handle customer calls, maintain records, and complete timely follow-ups.
• Positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.

• Experience: 05 years; freshers may apply.
• Language: Hindi-speaking is mandatory.
• Basic computer skills and accurate data entry.
