About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to existing and new retailers and distributors
- Explain our products, schemes, and offers clearly and answer their queries
- Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payments where required
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the sales/field team for closures
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, orders, and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.
Preferred candidate profile
- Minimum qualification: Graduate
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident, polite, and persuasive phone manner
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email)
- Prior experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer support is a plus
