Telecaller_Telesales Executive Telecom _CPaaS

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients to generate leads and identify sales opportunities.
• Promote CPaaS and telecom solutions, including Bulk SMS, WhatsApp Business API, IVR, Voice Solutions, and Cloud Telephony.
• Understand customer requirements and explain relevant products and services.
• Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into potential customers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects through calls and emails.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team wherever required.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
• Build strong relationships with prospective clients and support customer acquisition.

Preferred candidate profile

• 13 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or lead generation.
• Experience in B2B sales, telecom, CPaaS, SaaS, or IT services is preferred.
• Good verbal communication, convincing, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle outbound calling and work towards sales targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM tools, and email communication.
• A positive attitude, strong follow-up skills, and a willingness to learn.
