Telecaller Receptionist

A tele caller job is a professional role focused on communicating with students, clients or potential parents directly over the phone to provide details about international universities, generate leads, or provide support.

• Outbound Calls: Calling prospective clients (cold calling) to introduce services, pitch products, or schedule follow-ups.
• Inbound Calls: Answering incoming questions, addressing complaints, and helping customers with issues.
• Lead Generation: Qualifying interested buyers and passing high-potential leads to the main sales team.
• Data Management: Logging call summaries, updating customer details, and tracking progress in a computer database or CRM system.
