About the Role

Diamond Developers is looking for an energetic and well-spoken Telecaller to support its real estate sales team by contacting prospective customers, qualifying leads, scheduling site visits and maintaining regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads and databases.
• Respond to property enquiries and provide basic project information.
• Understand customer requirements, budget, preferred location and purchase timeline.
• Qualify leads and pass interested prospects to the Sales Executives.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate appointments with the sales team.
• Maintain a professional and courteous approach during all customer interactions.
• Support the sales team in achieving lead conversion and site-visit targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Graduate preferred; candidates with strong communication skills may also be considered.
• Freshers with the right attitude and communication skills are welcome; prior telecalling experience is an advantage.
• Good communication skills in Kannada, English and Hindi; additional South Indian languages are an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with spreadsheets or CRM tools.
• Interest in real estate sales and customer engagement.
