Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers for Personal Loan products.
• Explain personal loan features, eligibility, interest rates, documentation and benefits to customers.
• Generate leads and convert potential customers into personal loan applications.
• Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.
• Maintain regular follow-up with interested and existing leads.
• Achieve monthly calling, lead generation and loan disbursement targets.
• Coordinate with the sales/credit team for smooth processing of loan applications.
• Update customer and lead information accurately in the CRM/system.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information about personal loan products.

Candidate Requirements

• Candidates with experience in Personal Loan Telecalling / Personal Loan Sales will be preferred.
• Experience in Banking, NBFC, BFSI, Fintech or Financial Services is an advantage.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and sales targets.
• Strong customer-handling and follow-up skills.
• Hindi communication is preferred; knowledge of English or regional languages will be an advantage.
• Freshers with good communication and sales skills may also be considered.
