Telecaller Intern - Female

About the Role
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller Intern to support our Business Development team with client communication and outbound calling. The role involves connecting with companies, introducing Buzzworks recruitment services, understanding hiring requirements, and generating potential business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective corporate clients.
  
• Introduce Buzzworks and explain our recruitment and staffing solutions.
  
• Identify companies with current or upcoming manpower requirements.
  
• Speak with HR, Talent Acquisition, Procurement, and Business Heads.
  
• Understand client hiring requirements and collect relevant details.
  
• Generate and qualify potential business leads.
  
• Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Business Development team.
  
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
  
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients.
  
• Support the team in maintaining the client database and CRM.
  

Requirements

• Graduate / pursuing graduation in any discipline.
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Confident and comfortable making client calls.
  
• Good English and Hindi communication skills.
  
• Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
  
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
