Hiring Now - Telecaller / Inside Sales (IT Domain)
We are looking for a Telecaller / Inside Sales Executive who can actively generate business leads by calling potential clients and effectively promoting our web development, mobile app development, and digital marketing services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating conversations with businesses, understanding their requirements, presenting suitable IT solutions, and converting prospects into qualified leads.
As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a motivated, confident, and target-driven sales professional who is eager to grow in the IT services domain. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in IT sales while working with a dynamic and growth-oriented team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients
- Pitch company services including web design, website development, mobile apps, and digital marketing
- Understand client requirements and generate qualified leads
- Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings or demos
- Maintain accurate records of calls and leads in CRM or Excel
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead targets
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Good convincing and negotiation skills
- Basic understanding of IT services / Digital Marketing (training will be provided)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in telecalling or inside sales (IT services preferred)
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply
- Both male and female candidates are welcome
