Telecaller Inside Sales Executive AI Solutions

Role & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate new business leads.
• Understand customer requirements and introduce relevant AI, software and technology solutions.
• Explain Assist AI and its key features in a simple and effective manner.
• Qualify leads based on customer requirements, business needs and potential.
• Conduct basic product demonstrations over phone/video calls.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication throughout the sales process.
• Schedule detailed product demos with the Sales/Technical team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned calling, lead generation and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the Sales and Technical teams for smooth lead conversion.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1 to 5 years of relevant experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Lead Generation or Business Development. .
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi and Marathi.
• Confident in speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
• Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
• Should be able to explain technology/AI solutions in simple language.
• Experience in IT, Software, SaaS, AI or Technology Sales will be an advantage.
• Target-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel or maintaining lead records is preferred.
