About the Role
Techdome is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller Executive to support lead generation, customer engagement, and customer communication activities. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build relationships with prospective customers through effective telephonic interactions. Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound inquiries.
- Generate and qualify leads through effective customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, website inquiries, referrals, and other channels.
- Explain Techdomes products and services to prospective customers.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to improve conversion rates.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Update and maintain customer records, call logs, and lead information in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Required Skills
