Job Description: Telecaller Executive (Non-Target Based)
Company: Construction & Manufacturing Company
Location: Barabazar Market, Kolkata, West Bengal – 700001
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Explain company products, including rolling shutters, safety gates, and aluminum doors.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain call records.
- Coordinate with the sales team and assist with customer communication.
Skills Required:
- Good verbal communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills & Excel.
- Good interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
- Willingness to learn and handle customer inquiries.
Educational Qualification:
- Minimum Higher Secondary (10+2) pass; graduates preferred.
- Freshers can apply.
Working Schedule:
- Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Sunday: Weekly off
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: ₹10,000–₹12,000 in hand per month depending upon skills, experience and interview round
- PF and ESI available.
- Official offer letter provided.
- No sales targets.
