Joining: Immediate Joiners PreferredJob SummaryWe are looking for experienced and customer-focused Telecallers for our ongoing P&G project. Candidates with prior experience in dental telecalling, telesales, or healthcare sales will be preferred.Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers and explain relevant products or services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain customer records, call logs, and follow-up details.
• Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, sales, and performance targets.

Candidate Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement.
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, and English is mandatory.
• Prior dental telecalling or sales experience is highly preferred.
• Candidates from companies such as Toothsi, Clove Dental, Apollo Dental, and similar organisations will be given preference.
• Strong communication, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
