Telecaller / Customer Care Executive

• Join our Healthcare team to connect with prospective patients/clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume outbound calls to targeted patient/client lists.
• Successfully book and confirm patient appointments and follow-ups.
• Clearly explain healthcare services, packages, and benefits with empathy and accuracy.
• Maintain detailed and confidential records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Meet daily/weekly targets for calls and successful appointments booked.
