Job description

- Monitor live feeds and incident reports from highway surveillance systems and emergency calls.

- Dispatch and coordinate Ambulance services, Route Patrol Vehicles, and Cranes promptly to incident sites.

- Maintain constant communication with field personnel, emergency responders, and relevant agencies.

- Track the location and status of all incident management vehicles to ensure optimal deployment.

- Record incident details, response times, and operational data accurately.

- Provide real-time updates and support to field teams to facilitate effective incident management.

- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and operational procedures.

- Generate reports on incident response performance and vehicle utilization.

- Troubleshoot communication issues and coordinate with technical support as needed.

- Contribute to continuous improvement of incident management processes and systems.
