Telecaller cum career Counselor

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from students, parents, and educational institutions to provide admission counseling for various courses offered by our organization.
• Assist in generating leads through telecalling campaigns to promote online courses, skill development programs, and educational services.
• Provide career guidance to students on course selection, scholarships, financial aid options, and application procedures.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into paying customers by offering personalized solutions tailored to their needs.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in telesales or a related field (admissions/career counseling).
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferably B.Tech in Computers).
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word) and basic computer literacy.
