Role & responsibilities

• Call prospective parents/students regarding admission enquiries and applications.
• Provide accurate information about courses, classes, admission process, fees, facilities and important dates.
• Encourage interested parents to proceed with application, campus visit, counselling or interaction sessions.
• Maintain regular follow-up with interested and pending leads.
• Build a positive and professional relationship with prospective parents.
• Update enquiry, call status, follow-up remarks and admission status in Excel/CRM regularly.
• Identify parents' requirements and coordinate with Academic Counsellors for detailed counselling where required.
• Schedule campus visits, parent-child interaction sessions and counselling appointments.
• Contact old, inactive and undecided leads to understand their current admission status.
• Submit daily/weekly reports on calls, follow-ups, interested leads, applications and admissions.
• Record reasons for non-conversion and common parent queries/concerns.
• Achieve assigned monthly calling, follow-up and admission-conversion targets.
• At least two years experience in the similar field.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi & English (regional language is a plus).
• Strong, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel/CRM software).
• Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.

Preferred candidate profile

• Telecalling experience in the education/coaching sector.
• Prior work in sales, customer service, or call centers.
