Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain products/services.

Handle inbound queries and assist customers with relevant information.

Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.

Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.

Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring team performance meets business goals.

Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve efficiency.

Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.

Work closely with marketing and operations teams to streamline processes.
