Tele Sales

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Identify potential clients through cold calling, telephone conversations, and email outreach to generate leads for real estate sales.
• Build relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing concerns, and offering solutions to their needs.
• Conduct property tours, showings, and presentations to promote residential and commercial properties to potential buyers or renters.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

• 0.5-8 years of experience in real estate sales or related field (e.g., builder/realtor).
• Strong communication skills with ability to effectively communicate over the phone and in person.
• Proficiency in cold calling techniques for generating new business opportunities.
• Knowledge of local market trends, laws, regulations governing real estate transactions.
