1. Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound sales calls
  
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers
  
• Achieve monthly sales targets
  
• Maintain customer database and follow-ups
  
• Provide excellent customer service
  

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
  
• Sales experience preferred (Freshers with good communication can apply)
  
• Target-oriented and confident personality
  

2. Team Leader (TL)

Responsibilities:

• Manage and guide the sales team
  
• Monitor team performance and ensure target achievement
  
• Provide coaching and training to team members
  
• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports
  
• Maintain team discipline and motivation
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience as TL (preferably in sales process)
  
• Strong leadership and communication skills
  
• Ability to handle pressure and drive team performance
  

3. Quality Analyst (QA)

Responsibilities:

• Monitor calls and evaluate performance
  
• Provide feedback to improve quality and productivity
  
• Ensure process compliance and quality standards
  
• Prepare quality reports
  

Requirements:

• Experience in Quality/Call Monitoring preferred
  
• Good analytical and listening skills
  
• Attention to detail
