Tele Sales Representative

Role & responsibilities :

* Make outbound calls to prospective customers

* Explain payday loan products and services

* Generate and qualify leads

* Convince customers and close sales

* Maintain customer records and follow up on leads

* Achieve daily and monthly sales targets

* Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate (Preferred)

13 years of Tele-sales experience (Payday/NBFC/Fintech preferred)

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Target-oriented with a positive attitude
