Job Opening:- Cross Sell Executive / TeleSales

Location: Reliable Tech Park, Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Position Overview:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates to join our team as Cross Sell Executives / TeleSales Representatives. Freshers as well as experienced professionals are welcome to apply.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass)
• Excellent communication skills
• Freshers and candidates with up to 3 years of experience can apply

Salary:

• Freshers: Up to 18,000 per month
• Experienced Candidates: Up to 25,000 per month

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries and concerns effectively
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 03 years of experience in a BPO, TeleSales, Customer Support, or Call Center environment
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage voice processes efficiently
• Experience in inbound/outbound calling, telesales, or customer support will be an added advantage
