Role & responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through outbound calls.
• Generate leads and acquire new customers through market research, cold calling, networking, and industry Research
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
• Convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
• Maintain regular communication with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and emerging business opportunities.
• Explore opportunities for business expansion into new territories, industries, and customer segments.

Preferred candidate profile

• At least 4-6 years Experience in calling /Sales Operations/Inside Sales

• Should have excellent communication skills.

• Product training will be provided.
